  29. THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTING AGREEMENT. The parties to

  31. this contract intend that the relation between them created by

  33. this contract is that of employer-independent contractor. No

  35. agency is created herein. Employer is interested only in the
  36.  
  37. results obtained under this contract. The manner and means of
  38.  
  39. conducting the works are under the sole control of contractor.

  41. None of the benefits provided by @001 to its employees,

  43. including but not limited, to worker's compensation insurance and
  44.  
  45. unemployment insurance are a provided or are available to
